Refund policy

DigiSahitya sells digital ebooks that are delivered electronically upon successful payment.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an ebook has been downloaded or the download link has been issued. If the file you received is corrupted, unreadable, or does not match the product you purchased, we will re-share the correct, working file as described below.

If your downloaded file is corrupted or unreadable, please raise a request with us via our Contact Us page within 48 hours of purchase, along with your order number. We will verify the issue and re-share a working copy of the ebook at no extra cost. Refunds are not offered in this case; a replacement file will be provided instead.

If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment error, please contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and payment details. After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please double-check your order (title and format) before completing payment, as we are unable to offer refunds for accidental purchases once the file has been delivered.
